Worth knowing for your holiday in the apartments Bernard:
• The prices are to be read per day for a minimum stay of at least 7 nights. For a shorter stay we charge more. For less than three days we will calculate an extra charge. For the third person in the smaller Apartment (min. 2 people) and for the fifth person in the bigger Apartment (min. 4 people) we calculate an extra charge. In this case you can use the convertible pull-out sofa bed or a cot in the living room.
• The price includes electricity, heating, taxes. The bed linen and towels will be placed at your
disposal by the family Bernard.
• The usual weekly apartment rent goes from Saturday to Saturday.
• Final Cleaning: For the final cleaning we charge Euro 60 for the 4-people apartment and Euro 50 for the
2-people apartment.
• Local tax: The local tax will be 2,50 Euro per person and day, persons under 14 years don't pay a local tax.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
• Arrival and departure: The apartment is available at the latest from 4 pm on your arrival day. On your
departure day pleace cleare the apartment until 10 am.
• Payment: You can pay your bill by cheque or cash.
• Cancellation conditions:
• Up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival free of charge.
• From the 30th day before the date of arrival 75% of the package price.
• From the 15th day 100% of the package price.
• For delayed arrival or earlier departure a fee will be charged.
The deposit will not be refunded. We recommend you a travel cancellation insurance.
